This is a contemplative space at the end of the day, which offers an opportunity to look deep inside ourselves and reflect on our ways of living. We will draw on poetry and mindfulness practice to help inspire us to live in greater harmony with ourselves, with each other and with
nature.

Presenter's Personal/Professional Background: Margaret & Anthony Landale

Margaret is an integrative psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer with over 20 years experience in the field. She specialises in working with psychosomatic and stress-related problems and consistently applies mindfulness to all her work. She runs CPD workshops in mindfulness and is also a conference speaker and author.

Anthony is a leadership consultant and coach working with senior business executives. His passion stems from seeing just what an enormous difference good leadership can make to the lives of people and organisations and he believes that mindful awareness is a foundation for all leaders who want to help bring about change. He is an experienced management writer and facilitator.
