We have now confirmed the timings of most events and workshops with all the presenters involved, and there will only be minor changes from now on. So now you can plan your day!
As is inevitable with parallel events happening throughout the day, you will not be able to go to every event and may have to choose between two scheduled for the same time. As we have not scheduled any breaks between the time slots, all events will aim to wind down in good time, to allow you to get from one event to another without delaying the following events too much.
Have a look at the timetable and plan your day.
The overall principle for the flow of the day (which we vaguely adhere to without becoming too rigid about it) is that factual and informational contributions are scheduled for the beginning of the day when everybody is fresh and alert. The participative and experiential sessions are more in the early afternoon, with some more quiet, contemplative or entertaining sessions rounding the day off. There are some exceptions to this which have their own logic.
Let us remind you that this is not some slick event, planned for months by professionals, but a community event organised by volunteers in their spare time. Undoubtedly, there will be mistakes and messes, and rather than expecting somebody to organise it all smoothly and perfectly, please help us when things go wrong, to minimise hassle and deal with disappointments compassionately.
