The current state of the ‘Thriving’ finances ...

As you can see in the detailed table below, our total expenses will be in the region of about £2,800.
At the current level of income from stalls, sponsors, donations, sale of food and books, we need to take in about £2080 to break even.
That means, each of our 25 events (with the exception of one 2-hour event) needs to generate about £80 in donations.
Here is a chart that translates that figure into an average donation, depending on how many participants are in each event/workshop:
