Food & refreshments on the day

Throughout the day a range of - largely organic - hot and cold food as well as refreshments will be available, created and served by Will Pouget’s team from the Vaults Cafe.
From simple, cost-effective staple fare to some more refined dishes, the kitchen will offer something for every taste and budget. To avoid long queues at midday, lunch will be served from 11am through to about 3pm, and then there’ll be cakes and tea.

Seasonal local vegetables are supplied by Worton Organic Garden.
Organic free-range meat and eggs from Wytham Farm & Sandy Lane Farm.
We only use all natural & artisan ingredients that we love - that’s why we’re doing it!
No catering mayo, stocks, sauces, cheap oil, sugar etc. or use of non-stick, alumininum or plastic cook-ware (virtually all caters do!) nor microwaves.
